Terms and Conditions
By attending the trip, you mean that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions.
General Terms and Conditions:
- It is not allowed to throw any plastic waste or non-biodegradable materials on the ground during the trip
- Your attendance on the trip is at your own personal risk in case of any potential risks, God forbid.
Children under the age of 18 require the presence of their guardian or legal representative.
- You can bring any number of companions with you, provided that their tickets are paid for in full through the website and you assume responsibility for their attendance at the time of the trip.
Modest and appropriate attire should be worn in public places.
- Any discussions or wearing of clothing with political or religious writing are prohibited during the trip.
- Any intimate or immoral activity is not permitted during the trip.
- The use of any type of drugs or alcohol is not permitted during the trip, and the organizing body has the right to exclude the participant from the trip without refunding the ticket price (and the competent authorities will be contacted in the event of a violation of this clause).
If you fail to attend the trip you booked, you will be charged the full price of the trip.
- In case of delay, the organizing body has the right to prevent the participant from attending or to leave the meeting point without justification or notifying the participant. In this case, the participant does not have the right to demand a refund or request compensation of any kind.
- Filming the trip and posting its contents on social media is permitted, but the appearance of other participants without their permission is prohibited.
- The privacy of other participants must be respected, and upon reporting any harassment of any kind, the organizing body has the right to exclude the participant without refunding the ticket price and the participant will be prevented from attending future trips.
- We provide transportation for all participants. If you wish to go in your own car, it will be your responsibility to reach the destination and return to the city safely. The organizers are not responsible for any damage to your private vehicle.
- If the participant arrives late for the scheduled trip, they are responsible for their arrival at the camp.
Sometimes changes to specifications and arrangements may occur on the day of the trip without prior notice.
Edit and refund policy:
- No modifications, refunds, or exchanges are allowed less than 24 hours before the start time of the trip.
- It is allowed to postpone the trip by a period of no less than 48 hours from the start of the trip, provided that the postponed ticket is used within a maximum of two weeks.
- Ticket refunds are permitted within a period of no less than 48 hours from the start of the trip, provided that the refund is processed within (7-14) working days.
- If the trip is cancelled by the organizer, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
- If the trip is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of equivalent services or a full refund.
Children's ticket policy:
Children under 11 years of age are not allowed to participate in the desert dune bashing tour in order to protect their safety.
Horse riding is permitted for children aged 6-11 years under the responsibility of their parents.
- If there is a discount for general admission tickets or an early bird discount, the discount does not apply to children.
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to accompany or register.
